Aaron Z. Uslan, Owner and Managing Attorney

 

Aaron Uslan is a member of the bar of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. His practice areas include immigration and employment law.

 

In law school, Aaron Uslan was a two-time recipient of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law's Student Bar Fellowship for Outstanding Public Service assisting asylum seekers in Louisville, Kentucky and working on immigration and asylum reform initiatives in Washington, D.C. After three years at a private law firm in Silver Spring, MD, Mr. Uslan decided to start his own practice in Washington, D.C.

He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Mr. Uslan is admitted to practice in D.C., Maryland, Virginia, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the U.S. District Court of Maryland, the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia and U.S. Immigration Court.
