EMPLOYMENT AND WORKERS' COMPENSATION
Not getting paid overtime? Hurt on the job? We represent workers in claims against employers for unpaid wages, overtime and prevailing wage violations, and wrongful termination. We also provide representation to injured workers seeking compensation for injuries or illnesses that were sustained during the course of employment.
TENANTS' RIGHTS
Is your landlord trying to terminate your lease because he wants to sell your building? Our firm fights to protect the rights of tenants using DC's Tenant Oppurtunity to Purschase Act (TOPA). We also pursue housing code violations and rent refunds on behalf of aggrieved tenants.
