Areas of Practice

Immigration Law

Removal Defense
Facing deportation is one of the most frightening experiences a person can go through. I represent clients in immigration court, fighting to keep families together and help clients pursue every available form of relief — from asylum and cancellation of removal to appeals.

Adjustment of Status
Adjustment of status allows certain individuals already in the United States to apply for lawful permanent residency without having to return to their home country. I help clients determine their eligibility, prepare a thorough application, and guide them through the overall process.

Family Petitions
Reuniting families is at the heart of immigration law. I help U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents petition for spouses, children, parents, and siblings, guiding families through the process from filing to interview.

U-Visas
Victims of certain crimes who have cooperated with law enforcement may qualify for a U-visa. I help survivors understand their eligibility and build strong applications for this critical protection.

Waivers
Many immigrants face bars to admission that can be overcome with the right waiver. I help clients determine which waiver applies to their situation and build the strongest possible case for approval.

Naturalization
Becoming a U.S. citizen is one of the most significant milestones in the immigration journey. I guide clients through every step of the naturalization process, from eligibility review to the citizenship interview.

Employment & Labor Law

Wage Theft
Every worker deserves to be paid what they've earned. I represent employees who have been denied wages, shorted on paychecks, or otherwise cheated out of their rightful pay, and fight to recover what's owed.

Prevailing Wage Violations
Workers on government-funded projects are entitled to prevailing wages under the law. I help employees pursue claims when contractors fail to pay the wages required by law.

Overtime Violations
Many employers misclassify workers or simply refuse to pay overtime they're legally required to provide. I assist workers recover unpaid overtime and hold employers accountable.
