IMMIGRATION LAW
We provide representation in all things immigration-related from H-1B applications, PERM Labor Certifications, EB visas, and other employment-related visas to family-based petitions, consular processing and immigration court representation.
CANNABIS LAW
We provide consulting for cultivation, manufacturing, and retail businesses looking to expand into new state markets. Our firm offers support for state and local license applications, including preparation, submission and representation to state and municipal licensing boards
GENERAL PRACTICE
Our firm handles certain family law issues like custody and guardianship of minors, along with personal injury matters such as auto accidents and slip and falls.

Aaron Z. Uslan, Owner and Managing Attorney
Aaron Uslan has been a member of the Maryland Bar since 2010 and a member of the District of Columbia Bar since 2017. His practice areas include immigration, family and domestic matters, personal injury, and cannabis law.​
In law school, Aaron Uslan was a two-time recipient of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law's Student Bar Fellowship for Outstanding Public Service assisting asylum seekers in Louisville, Kentucky and working on immigration and asylum reform initiatives in Washington, D.C. After three years at a private law firm in Silver Spring, MD, Mr. Uslan decided to start his own practice in Washington, D.C.

He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the National Cannabis Bar Association (NCBA). Mr. Uslan is admitted to practice in Maryland, D.C., and U.S. Immigration Court.
